Purpose at ‘Our Backyard’

Our natural waterway stretches along the length of our property performing the cruical role of harvesting and transporting the water off the carparks and roads. This process is facilitated by a series of natural log and silt ponds, reed beds and bio retention basins.

By effectively slowing down the water’s velocity, these features prevent erosion and ensure that the water undergoes purification before entering our dam storage systems.
